The Foundation applies for grant assistance to help fund specific projects each year. We thank the following organisations who’ve contributed through their own grants program.
When you’re diagnosed with cancer, it’s hard to find the time or energy to think about anything other than treating the cancer. By giving up alcohol for the month of July and raising funds, Dry July participants are helping to ease the burden, reduce stress and add a bit of comfort for those affected by cancer. In 2016 Dry July contributed $40,000 towards the Foundations Cancer Patient Transport Service that will help Gold Coast cancer patients get to life saving treatment.
We have a number of supporters who donate monthly and contribute to appeals throughout the year. Your generosity makes our work possible, providing us with stable and reliable income – thank you all so much.
