The Gold Coast Specialist Palliative Care Service is proud to announce Friday 20th June and Saturday 21st June 2025 as the dates for the 2025 conference. This year’s focus is Palliative Medicine Interventions & Update.

NEWS UPDATE!

The Palliative Care Workforce Capability Uplift Program (PCWCUP) is providing access to educational conferences for Palliative Care Allied Health, Nursing and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Professional Workforces in Queensland Health. 

The PCWCUP will provide financial support to eligible palliative care clinicians to support registration costs through a reimbursement process to attend the Gold Coast 2025 Palliative Medicine Interventions and Updates Conference. 

Applications will close 2 weeks prior to the conference. Queensland Health Palliative Care Allied Health, Nursing and Torres Strait Islander Professionals can find out more about this great opportunity and other PCWCUP initiatives through the centre for Leadership Excellence QPEPS page.

Pathology and Education (PED) building, Gold Coast University Hospital, 1 Hospital Boulevard Southport.

Friday 20th June and Saturday 21st June 2025

The conference will be held in the large lecture theatre in E Block which is the building located opposite Gold Coast University Hospital

Parking

Parkwood Park ‘n’ Ride (Parkwood tram station) – Free parking with an 8-9min tram ride to the venue.

Gold Coast University Hospital multi storey parking with Secure Parking – Paid parking of up to $19 p/day
