This Christmas, your generosity and support made all the difference! Together, we raised over $100,000 to help those in critical need, bringing hope and joy to so many during the festive season.

The holiday spirit was alive and thriving—from toy donations to gift wrapping, you helped create moments of happiness and connection that will be remembered long after the season has passed. It was truly inspiring to see our community come together to make such a meaningful impact.

Highlights from the Season

Gift Wrapping Magic
Throughout December, we wrapped thousands of presents at Australia Fair, Westfield Coomera, and Harbour Town. Thank you for stopping by to let us add some extra sparkle to your gifts, and a big shoutout to our talented wrapping crew—you made it all look easy (even when it wasn’t)!

Spreading Joy with Toy Donations
The community brought so many smiles to kids’ faces with hundreds of generous toy donations! From teddy bears to LEGO, games, and puzzles, the festive spirit was truly in full swing. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed—we even received gifts for adults too, which was such a wonderful gesture!

Special Visits to Children’s Wards
Santa and our mascot, Betty Get Better, made special visits to the children’s wards, delivering toys and spreading joy to those spending the festive season in hospital. The excitement and smiles they brought were truly the best gift of all during what can be a challenging time.

Christmas Markets at the Gold Coast University Hospital
The festive spirit was in full swing at the Gold Coast University Hospital forecourt during our annual Christmas markets! Patients, families, and staff came together to shop for gifts and enjoy the holiday cheer. It was a day filled with fun and joy for everyone involved. 

With no government funding, the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation relies solely on the generosity of Gold Coast locals and businesses to help ensure everyone in our community has access to the best possible health care when it is needed most.  Your contributions, whether through donations, volunteering, or simply spreading the word, played an essential role in helping those in critical need, creating a memorable and impactful Christmas for so many. None of this would have been possible without you.

As we step into a new year, we carry with us the warmth and gratitude of this special season. Thank you for being part of this journey and for helping to make this Christmas truly unforgettable. Your support has touched lives in ways words cannot fully express, and we look forward to achieving even more together in the year ahead.
