Jess Komene

Programs Coordinator

Jess brings extensive experience in event management, having planned and delivered large-scale charity events such as balls and high teas supporting domestic violence awareness. She holds a Bachelor of Convention and Event Management and a Diploma of Graphic Design.

Jess first joined Gold Coast Hospital Foundation as an intern in 2019 and has since returned multiple times to support the delivery of key fundraising events. She now steps into the permanent role of Programs Coordinator, where she combines her organisational strength, creative eye, and passion for community impact.

Beyond her professional work, Jess actively volunteers with youth programs, contributing her leadership, creativity, and community‑focused mindset to every initiative she supports.
