Tate is a donor experience and data specialist with a strong background in supporter care, donor stewardship, and CRM management. With experience across the nonprofit and community sectors, Tate is focused on creating meaningful supporter journeys that strengthen engagement and maximise impact.

Drawing on a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Tate brings a deep understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and relationship-building to their work, ensuring supporters feel valued, understood, and connected to the real-world outcomes their generosity makes possible.
