Gold Coast Health Staff Scholarships
Each year, Gold Coast Hospital Foundation provides Gold Coast Health staff with the opportunity to be awarded scholarships to further their education and training.
These scholarships are designed to support those who work tirelessly on the frontline and behind the scenes – giving them access to advanced learning and development opportunities that help elevate the level of care provided to our community.
By investing in our health teams, we are not only supporting their professional growth but also helping ensure the best possible outcomes for the patients and families who rely on them every day.
There are currently two different Scholarship Programs available to our health teams:
- Health Staff Scholarship Program – NOW Open and taking applications
- Nursing and Midwifery Scholarship Program – Opens September 25

Registered Nurse, Newborn Care Unit “As our hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care service continues to grow, I want to make sure I have the best knowledge and understanding of infection control prevention and clinical interventions. Postgraduate study has prepared me to conduct research within my unit, because I want to make a real difference in my field, our hospital and to the babies in my care.”
